Refund policy

Template packs are digital downloads. Terms:

• If a pack does not work as described in its test log, email loadoutkit@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Include your Stripe receipt, the tool and version you used and what failed, so we can fix the pack.
• The test log in each pack and on its page says exactly what was and was not verified. A pack that was not run in your tool is not a failure to match its description, but we will still look at any real problem you report.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.

Statutory consumer rights where you live are not affected by this policy.
